Gov. Perry Told He Cannot Ban Planned Parenthood From New Women’s Health Program
On Thursday November 8th, at a preliminary hearing, Texas Judge Stephen Yelenosky extended the previous ruling stating that Governor Perry cannot exclude Planned Parenthood from the state’s new Women’s Health Program. A final ruling takes place December 17th to decide that fate of the Program and the status of Planned Parenthood’s services in the state of Texas.
